Ingredients:

2 bananas, peeled

1 cup low fat vanilla or banana yogurt

2 T honey

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

20 large ice cubes



Directions:

Place bananas, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in blender.  Blend until smooth.

 

Per Serving: (serves 4) 144 cal., 33G carb, 3 G protein, 1 G fat, 2 G fiber, 2 mg chol., 37 mg sodium
