Recipe Name: Granola (with Eagle Brand milk)

Ingredients:

2 Cups raw oatmeal

1 Cup coconut

1/2 cup bran flakes

1 1/2 cups walnuts or almonds

1 tsp. salt

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup oil

1 1/2 cup raisins (after done)

Can also add: 1/2 cup wheat germ, 2 T. sesame seeds, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 cup banana chips

 



Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except paisins (and banana chips); mix well.

Spread evenly in foil lined 15x10" jellyroll pan or baking sheet

Bake 55-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven: stir in raisins (banana chips).

Cool completely. Store leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.

 

Makes about 8 cups
