Ingredients: |
4 T. butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
12 fresh mushroom crowns
2 can snails (24 snails)rinced and drained (6 oz)
4 tsp. parmesan cheese, grated
2 T. snipped parsley

Directions: |
Combine butter amd garlic. Spread 1/2 the mixture in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Dot mushroom caps with the remaining butter mixture; place in baking dish. fill each mushroom with 2 snails; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Broil 5-7 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
