Ingredients:

    2 c flour

    1 Tbsp sugar

    2 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1/4 tsp salt

    1/4 tsp baking soda

    1/4 c cold butter

    2 c (8oz) chedder-jack cheese

    1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

    1 c buttermilk



Directions:

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salf and baking soda. cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. stir in 1-1/4 c cheese and the parmesan cheese. stir in buttermilk just until moistened.

    turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 6-8 times. pat and roll out to 1/2 in thick. cut with a floured biscuit cutter. Place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake at 400 for 10-15 min
