Ingredients:

1-2 oz Green chile, chopped and drained
1 cup Cooked rice
1 1/4 cuts Jack cheese, shredded
1 tbsp black olives, chopped
1 can pimientos, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
|

Directions:
|
Serves 6-8. Combine rice, chile, cheese, olives and pimientos. Mix well and press into an 8' pie pan to form a shell. Beat eggs slightly with salt and water. Pour mixture into the shell and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
